Chugging Along.....

Ok so no weight change but again, I'm ok with that. We had lemon pepper chicken and macaroni and cheese last night :) So I'm sure I could have laid off the mac and cheese a little bit and might have seen a change on the scale but oh well. I also drank 100 ounces of water yesterday so some of that was water weight. Anyway not making excuses just need to do better today!


This will be a short post because I need to get to work but thank you to those of you who have sent me recipes I cant wait to try them!

I did do some walking last night but not much so I did get a little cardio in. But tonight I will do better! To hit my first major goal, I need to lose 10 more pounds by the first week in October. I have 7 weeks so I need to get to work.


I will keep posting and ya'll keep reading because its keeping me accountable!

I'm hoping to get some extra money soon so I can get the Rangers tickets for Eric's birthday. We really want to go and I want to get him good seats. Anyway that's all for today. Thanks for reading!

  1. Keep chugging! That scale is NOT going to go down without a fight and it certainly won't move everyday!!! If you make even a little change in exercise, water drinking, etc, It is still a victory!!! Celebrate!
