Friday Friday Friday!!

OK so its finally finally Friday! I'm so glad this week is over! I have so much cleaning to do at my house this weekend and I have some homework to finish up today. Good thing I get off at 11 today :). Not sure what my weight is doing but I'm gaining again which is totally not cool. I must figure out what to do about that.

I really don't have much to write about today but I didn't want to leave you all hanging. Teacher friends, do you think I would get enough hours substitute teaching to have a decent income while I'm finishing my bachelors and doing my student teaching? I'm stressing about how I will get income and be able to student teach. Thats really all for today.

I'm so sorry this is so short just not really anything worth writing about. Have a great day and a great weekend and thanks for reading!

Lots of Love,

  2. I think I mentioned this before but the crappy part about losing weight is that the more you lose the harder it is to keep losing. What worked at first is going to stop working and you are going to have to cut more calories the less you weigh and start working harder because your body is going to get used to certain exercise. This is MY opinion - don't weigh yourself everyday we fluctuate a lot for reasons other than fat. Never weigh around your period either- for the same reason. 2. Write down everything you are eating and count calories. You said you used myfitnesspal do you use that to log your food and calories? 3. Chang up your workouts and do something different at each workout session. It keeps you from getting bored and it keeps your body changing because its a "confusion" technique. 4. As hard as this is make smaller goals for yourself. I know you have an event you are trying to get in shape for and thats ok to have that goal but making a weekly goal and goals that aren't about an amount of weight to lose can actually help you more at least form my experience. So like this week make a goal to work out 4 times or make a goal to eat a certain amount of veggies and fruit etc. Whatever you need help on make a goal to fix it for THIS week only. Then set a new goal next week. It helps me stay on track when I think of the journey in a short distance instead of the HUGE goal and how far away that feels.
