Good Bye July

Wow! July is over after today! That is crazy! This year is going by so fast and I've already been on this journey for 21 days! I weighed this morning and didn't lose anything between yesterday and today but that's better than gaining! I got my new scale in yesterday, YAY! I decided to weigh on the old scale this morning to end out the month and then starting tomorrow I will weigh on the new scale. It is so cool looking and tracks my weight lost day to day and BMI. I also found a watch that I want. It tracks, heart rate, BMI, and calories burned throughout the day. It is called a Polar watch. I found it at Academy for $109.99 so I will be saving for one!

I decided last night that I was over the frozen Smart Ones meals for dinner so I made grilled lemon pepper chicken breasts. OMG they were so good and only 120 calories per breast! Delicious dinner so easy to make and tastes great!

I found a low calorie low sugar dessert from a friends blog and am going to try it soon. Thanks Blogger on a Diet for the great idea!

Yesterday I was way too exhausted from the Rangers game to work out... I know excuses excuses... But I am determined to make up for it today. I will do our cardio glide when I get home no matter what excuse my head can come up with! I refuse to see the same number when I step on that scale tomorrow. Side note: My old scale apparently is off by a couple pounds because the new one says a number higher. So I will start with that and that will motivate me to get back to where the old scale says I am and then go from there! More tomorrow!

Lots of Love

  1. Keep it up, girl! Too bad you weren't at the Ranger's game last night. They needed some extra cheering:( But just like the Rangers we lose some and win some so don't let the scale not moving discourage you. We have up and down days, water fluctuation is a woman's worst weight loss enemy. Don't let the scale rule over you!! Let how you feel (extra energy), looser fitting clothes and all around better sense of well being be your motivator. You CAN DO THIS!!! Have a great day!!!

  4. I just bought another Polar watch on eBay. It was 59.99 total!! Same as the one at Academy. I am taking mine back because I realized it was the man'a version.
